Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the original price that was settled.

Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any new bookings. This allows us to plan ahead and ensure we provide the best care possible.

late fee policy: A late fee of R1 per minute will be applied for every minute beyond the scheduled pickup time. A 5-minute grace period will be allowed to account for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic. After the 5-minute grace period, the late fee will be calculated and added to the total bill.

Notification of Lateness: In the event of anticipated lateness, please notify us in advance so that we know in advance and you can avoid the fees.

Notice: This is to avoid any misunderstandings and it is also to respect the sitters time and schedule.

Sleep Schedule: To ensure a smooth and comforting experience for your child, please provide us with a detailed sleep schedule, including:

- Regular sleep and wake times

- Any specific bedtime routines or rituals

- Special needs or requirements

This information enables us to provide a stable and nurturing environment for your child.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: To ensure your child's safety, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions they may have. This includes, but is not limited to, food allergies, environmental allergies, or other medical conditions that may require special attention.
